Empowering a Generation
NaijaCode 2M is a national digital workforce and job creation initiative designed to empower Nigerian youth, boost economic growth, and reposition Nigeria as a leading global supplier of ICT talent and services.
Our vision is simple but revolutionary: To train five million Nigerian youths in relevant digital and ICT skills, and create at least two million verifiable digital jobs within 12 months by connecting trained talents to local and international employment opportunities via a government-supported digital ecosystem.

The Problem
- Over 30 million youth between the ages of 15 and 34 are currently unemployed or underemployed.
- According to NBS, 63% of Nigerians are multi-dimensionally poor, with youth being the most vulnerable group.
- Each year, over 500,000 graduates enter the labor market — with nowhere to go.
- Nigeria is missing out on the global digital economy revolution.
- Lack of infrastructure and access to technology limits opportunities for many talented youth.
